For a digital painting this is quite an illusion - looked completely hand drawn to me!
The painting might profit from further use of shading, the face remind me a little bit of a dog, maybe because of proportions (size of the nose/mouth).
There could also be more details in the claws.
Overall it is still a very good work for a beginner! Certainly better than my drawing skills
The eyes are really good also!
