Raindrop - Runeboo. He found them during a trip to the Nova Tree and they followed him home. Charcoal tried to find the boo's owner but having no luck with that, decided to keep them. He named it Raindrop, after the drop markings and blue colour. He finds the sleepy boy to be a good companion.

Flower Beat [] Charcoal's adopted mother. He loves her dearly. She's the first one to show him love and help him see that he doesn't have to be afraid of everything.
Seejay [] Charcoal's adopted father. He came into Flower and Charcoal's lives a bit later, so while Charcoal loves him, he doesn't feel as close to Seejay as he does with his mother.
Aubrey [] Charcoal's friend. They met one day out in the forest. Aubrey's definitely more the talker out of the two of them, but he doesn't press Charcoal for answers and is patient enough to wait if Charcoal is having trouble putting his thoughts into words.
Pines [] Charcoal adopted Pines when Alma offered him the opportunity to help out the wyngling. He loved having the stoic wyngling in his life and getting to raise him. He was sad when he left and had some trouble coming to terms with letting go, but ultimately he's happy that Pines wants to make his own way in life.
Kiwi [] Ninety-Three's mother. She and Charcoal had a bit of a relationship. Charcoal definitely had feelings for her at the time. Since losing the egg, he doesn't feel that he can face her.
Ninety-Three [] Charcoal only ever knew Ninety-three as an egg, but he loved his child.
✦ BIO
✦ Trait Development:
○ Charcoal's grown over the years, but still remains shy and wary of others. He loves his family, who helped him have some confidence in himself. He does get anxious in large crowds and will usually avoid large ceremonies because of this.
○ The arrival of his own egg brought a joy back into Charcoal's life after his adopted son, Pines, left to journey on his own. It gave him back a purpose beyond just living out each day. However, when he lost it, he slipped into a deep depression. He started to wonder if his curse was back and that he wasn't meant to have children.
○ He enrolled in intermediate wind class thanks to Aubrey. He didn't really want to go and would rather wallow in his room at the inn, but would rather not be on the receiving end of Aubrey's disapproving look. So he's going. He'll avoid interacting with anyone unless he has to.
○ After a chat with Alma, he's decided to leave Wynsiph and explore other places. He's since moved to Nightsong where he's taken a plot of land and plans on making himself a new home.

✦ Starting Traits:
○Charcoal is a shy little boy. He's self conscious about his name and looks, fearing that what the others say is true and that he's bad wyngling like the coal put into the stockings of bad children. Because of this he keeps to himself. This has also made him afraid of many things. He's terrified of fire and isn't much better with snow. He also doesn't like the dark amongst other things. However, he’s taken a quite liking to bugs because they aren't going to judge him. His favourites are lumibugs. This means that gurps are his most hated creature in the world because they eat his bug friends (plus their screams are terrifying). He usually tries to avoid other wyngrew and finds it difficult to make friends, believing the bugs are the only ones who would actually want his company.
