The scene is simple: Diamond often "scare" or set of nerves to Steve with that kind of behavior, such as watch him from far away or very closely, it also she can steal blocks. xD lol
Could say that she haunts him, but really she watches that he does not approach Herobrine's mine, well, I guess, I don't know.
