Awwwwwwww! So adorable! I love that little water Pokemon! I have one in my Japanese version of Pokemon Diamond. 4 actually. One's a Shiny. I promise to never evolve any one of them! I don't like Floatsel! It's really really ugly in my oppion! Anyways, great job!
