Bleh, it feels like it's been forever since I posted something that wasn't a commission. I thought I'd stop being so busy with orders after Christmas, but January was pretty busy too. You haven't been able to see it here, but I've been making lots and lots of pendants. Anyway! Finally something new that came from my own imagination - say hello to Golden Moon! She's a starry black night sky dragon with honey gold accents and matching pale gold moon rhinestone held in her tail. She also has a crystal rhinestone star embedded in her forehead and her paws and ears have been lightly dusted with gold mica powder in order to tie everything together.
Golden Moon has found a home, but you can still visit her listing to see additional photos.

If I "dumb" the colors down to what it reminds me, the black reminds me of black tourmaline, while the wings remind me of yellow lightning.
There is also that crescent moon, so it definitely has to do something with space.
As one person told me, thunder cannot form in space, so this dragon is a funny contradiction.
