This is really stunning. 
I love the main character, Ohla(?). She is the single calm figure in the midst of this storm, nonchalant and self-assured, waiting for her adversary. I love her whimsical choice of weapons, her flying coat, but mostly the wonderful contrast of her beauty and elegance with the masculinity of her attire. I imagine her cool, distant and completely independent, yet at the same time sophisticated and feminine.
Essentially, she is just damn cool.
