Stocking, from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt!
That show was crazy.

I really thought Stocking would look good with her hair in curls, so I drew this, as a doodle, and ended up experimenting on it with lineless colouring. A bit different from what I normally do, perhaps.

Since this picture I've been trying lots of lineless techniques. I can never choose between thick lines or no lines though XD

Anyway, enjoy!
