In Peter Pan, fairy dust can cause the one who takes it to fly. In this world.... well it will get you pretty high. But not in the flying way...
Fairy Dust is a pretty strong hallucinogen. Fairy dust getting in your mouth is bad enough, so ingesting a fairy is not recommended. Luckily the latter didn't happen.... But still, the important lesson here is: don't try to eat fairies.
...Fairy Kings also don't like it....
