I'm positively sure, the aircraft-carrier and people are a photo of some kind. The drone is the actual painting.

I don't know why a VTOL craft would need wings but screw it, it's cool!

But can I just say that the "shark-face" for aircraft is a dumb clichΓ©? Sharks don't fly...*watches Sharknado* ...forget what I said...

Anyway, top notch quality!

Wings on a VTOL craft allow it to fly much more efficiently in level flight when in an atmosphere. And with what looks like electromuscle fibers between the wing panels; it would be able to adjust its wing shape to increase that efficiency even more.
