when some program is waiting or geeting new image his coloor is like the orginal and not "PURPLE" like it should be. why is it??

Only thing that would make it perfect, the inactive titlebars, make them a couple of colors lighter than the active title bar, so it's a lighter black.

Great style!
There is a small problem with the size on the Taskbar when a toolbar like Windows Media Player or Windows Desktop Search is visible. If they are visible the taskbar buttons and windows menu button don't extend all the way to the bottom of the bar (as the taskbar is made slightly larger to encompase these toolbars), so just moving the mouse to bottom-left of the screen and clicking doesn't open the Start Menu.

Do you extract the whole contents of the .rar file to the folder?

You should have the following folders there:
"C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\CL06black" and "C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\CLblackTB"
One is for the black Taskbar the other one is for the common Gnome Taskbar
