Another SeventyVerse human profile has just been completed; this being an alternative take on Ruth from Series 24! Yes, she is a member of the Sam family, born to a white father and black mother, and born on the same day as another Ruth - the second eldest Brown daughter. To avoid confusion, Ruth S. was given the nickname "Curie" after Polish inventor Marie Curie, which has stuck ever since. When it came to designing Curie, I wanted to depict her as a teenager, around the age of fifteen or sixteen; one of the changes I made to Curie was by giving her a different haircut, akin to Whitney Houston in the late 1980s, which also helps to emphasize her eccentricity as an inventor. Plus, she doesn't wear as much as she does an adult; just some overalls, a shirt and boots, and plus a tool holder (not sure how else to describe it, close to her left hip.

Per Rachel's suggestion, I'm going to make Curie a part of the Sudrian Kids along with Ruth Brown, expanding the group to fourteen, although when I get to the latter, I'll probably do her along with the rest of her sisters.
