Yeah, there are so many matches i would love to see in that show i can't even count them all. All things considered if Kenpachi had a Shikai i bet he could fight Yama-ji on equal ground.

Actually Kenpachi's Zanpakto is in constant shikai just like Ichigo's. Yama-ji could probably beat Kenpachi to death with his bare hands too. Here he states that the strongest technique we've seen him use was taught to him by Yama. [link] And here we see the real deal about Yama from Yama himself! [link] and I'll add that he is also stronger than his own sword's shikai release physically.

Uh uh, i know that for a fact Kenpachi has no shikai. He doesn't even know it's name and that is an unavoidable requirement for releasing it. Plus he states it several times the first time he fights Ichigo.

You are mistaken. His spirit pressure causes it to be in constant shikai. He has literally forced it out without knowing it's name. Kenpachi is a unique captain all the way around. He's the only one with no bankai as well. Read his wiki entry [link]
