Nice! There are only two things that really jump out at me...teeth are never stark white, they are rather distracting at the moment. The other thing is her shoulder on the left. If she's mostly facing left, I feel like we shouldn't be seeing so much of that shoulder.
However! I LOVE how you drew the snakes and their texture and the lighting on them...yummy.

I just took a greek mythology class and medusa was once beautiful but she was raped in a temple by (poseidon) I think, and so she became hideous and turns men to stone with a glance. That's where I got the idea man-hater o.o;

Actually yes according to the myth she once was a beautiful woman but she had sex with Posiedon in Athena's temple. This outraged Athena and that is why she changed her locks into snakes. She was one of many Gorgons that were a race of warlike women that were defeated by Perseus.

Medusa rock, and I love her expression. And it's always interesting to see how different people picture her. I've always imagined her with smaller snakes, sort of dread-sized.
