Description This character design began as a tiny sketch which I scanned into photoshop. I then used this as a guide for my painting. I then discarded the sketch as the painting developed. Finally I overlayed a scan of some plain watercolour paper which I set as a soft light layer at a low opacity, which gives the painting a textured finish.
