I like this Hayabusa helmet. I was wondering if you have any advice on making one using the pepakura way with fiberglass?

Thanks, the only advice I can geive is take your time and add bondo in thin layers and smooth out the helmet between layers adding bondo until it looks the way you want it to look also check out the 405th web site for a lot of good advice and tutorials

Good luck and hope it works out for you if you decide to make one

Unfortunatly I really don't have any extra time to complete another suit for commision, I recently got into a film contract that will be taking up alot of my time, I may end up selling the suit in the picture, its never been worn in public, just keep an eye out in case I decide to sell it, you can stay posted on our prop building page on Facebook, if you use Facebook at www.facebook.com/stonyprops
