It's Dark Chaos, from the Tibleam story! Well... sort of.

Her primary form is actually a highly toxic and oil-like liquid, but her reflection still looks something like this. She's more of an oil puddle, rather than a stardard shape... much like Mephiles actually.

She finds it hard to make shapes considering her high viscosity, however, she is a lot more slippery.

This is what she looks like around the climax of the story. Before... something happens. >:3
