Hiya! I liked this picture so much I featured it in this journal of mine [[link] among other Dragon Ball images I really found beautiful. I hope it's not a problem.
Your take on Piccolo's really interesting. The character design is eye-catching and the colors match wonderfully! 
Please take a look at the other pictures if you have the time - you won't be disappointed and you could make someone else's day with a comment or a fave! You can also fave the journal to help giving their (and, well, yours too ^^) art more exposure, but that's up to you of course.

I just looked up slugs, and I found out some interesting facts:
Slugs typically have a mantle on their back, just behind the optical feelers. This covers the anus and genital opening.
On one side, usually the right, is a small breathing hole called a pneumostome. Sometimes, a small shell will be within the mantle.
The foot of a slug is surrounded by a sort of cushion called the foot fringe. The foot secretes a layer of mucus, and I know for a fact that slugs are VERY good at holding on to stuff.
Slugs are mostly water, and they usually come out after it rains so that they don't dry out. During dry periods, they hide in a damp place.
Some slugs are carnivourous, and will follow the slime trail of another slug when hunting.
Slugs are hemaphrodites, and possess both male and female reproductive organs. Sometimes, they will remove the other's method of transferring sperm and will continue to only use the female reproductive organs.
Since Nameks are based on slugs, I thought that I should find out a little bit about them.
Some slugs eat fungi, so I'd imagine that greens and fungi are part of most Nameks' diets, while the warriors would probably be more likely to eat meat.

Always been a fan of traditional and realism
Yeah I used references to get the correct anatomy especially the muscles of the arms.
The naturual structure of muscles were the main inspiration.
