Explanation: He can manipulate the sound and it's vibration that he produces or or anything around
his radius (usually 1.5 m) , like making it either loud or soft

Bio: He has amnesia.... His name was given by an unknown person, based on his white hair. He dislike being alone because it reminded him that he was a stranger to himself. The more people he interact with, the less he had to think about his amnesia. In though situation, he just go with the flow, which either solve the problem or lead to a new one. He is very loyal to his friends and would do anything to help them, even though he likes to pull ridiculous pranks on them.
