How did you create this effect with the colors,I meant?

you just use normal brush with hardness to 80-90% and both opacity and flow to 30-40% that way the colors "mix" and you can add them gradually

I downloaded a software called "Corel draw X6" few days ago..after someone suggested it to me here!
I am gonna try it on that one..!
I am pretty much blank on digital art!
and "corel draw" looks immensely complex!
