Well, I played dive bombing on my Wellington once. And it just hit it in mid-air. As dive bombing increases accuracy and I love the speed when you dive and the feel when you rise again. ^^

Well, I've bombed out heaps of Russian tanks before by using the same technique of diving and using the CCIP gunsight mode in both the A-10A and the more advanced A-10C and nothing like this has ever happened before. I don't think that mishap was caused by bad bomb release parameters as I was in a stable dive passing through ~3000ft and the CCIP reticule was right on the target; the A-10's fire control computers had no reason to prevent me from dropping the bomb and it was the Mk. 84 itself that decided to go full retard. Right now, I still have no idea what caused this; I fly the A-10C a lot more than the A-10A and the A-10C's powerful stability augmentation and weapons computers will certainly have never allowed something like this to happen.
