I'll try to make Disney/Pixar characters in young and stylish concepts, some kind of "students", something like the new Pixar's Movie: Monster University.Ursula is the teacher of the university choir.
When she was young she failed in show business and that why she hates all young promises of the choir. (She want to steal everybody's voice XD)
Sadistic, power-hungry, manipulative and ambitious, Ursula only thinks of herself

She kinda reminds me of my second-grade teacher who was one of those people you wonder why the became a teacher in the first place. (She did eventually get fired for physically tying autistic and ADHD kids to their desks. So yeah, why would someone like that even want to be a teacher in the first place?) Just put some eyeglasses on Ms. Ursula here and they could practically be twins.

I'm honestly not familiar with Harry Potter. I could probably only pick Daniel Radcliff out of a lineup, but Rubert Grint, Emma Watson or anyone else I would not recognise if they were on my doorstep.

No. They never appealed to me. I was rarely allowed to even talk about things that I liked and as a result, I HATED things that were popular in the mainstream because everyone else was allowed to talk about those things. Yes, my own parents forbid me from talking about MEERKATS of all things.

Because I have Asperger's and getting obsessed with certain things is part of the condition. I think they were concerned I didn't appear "normal". They did try to impose a limit on how many times a day I was allowed to talk about meerkats or whatever but it didn't work because both parents never shut up about politics and when I brought up how unfair it was for them to talk about politics all the time and at the same time try to limit me talking about meerkats, I often just got yelled at more.

Better since I moved out. My parents wouldn't let me move out at first. They wanted to put me in a group home so I could "learn how to be independent". I found the place my mom wanted to send me too (some place out of state) and looked them up. I read the testimonials but ALL of them were from parents and guardians, NOT the people themselves. That send a red flag to me. I also contacted them, asking what it would be like to be there and NEVER got a response. I told my parents and instead of seeing the red flags, they just got mad that I contacted the place. I didn't want to move out but my mom started getting really mean and nasty towards me for no reason. Maybe there was a reason but I could never figure out why. Anyway, I needed to get away from her.

These days it's rare to find teachers even at the most hardcore Catholic schools that are also nuns. I've always heard it's because fewer and fewer girls want to be nuns these days but I wonder if that's because most girls never wanted to be nuns in the first place but were not forced into it by their over conservative families who had a reputation of some kind to uphold.

Certain nuns/fathers give the whole convent a bad name. If someone joins for the right reasons that's great! but it's the crazy psycho ones that it appeals to apparently or as you said people who have been pressured into it.
