Description
Scarlett's old partner. She's an elf that lives on the outskirts of Christmas Town, but she's unlike any other elf in the North Pole. She despises Christmas and has no interest in spreading cheer or the joy of giving, and instead only cares about becoming the wealthiest creature in the world.

One day she finds young child Scarlett wandering the woods sad and alone, and decides to pretend to be the young reindeer's friend in order to get a partner to do her illegal schemes with. Scarlett grows up as Gretchen's partner in crime, even basing her style off of her (and yes, she got her smoking habit from Gretchen).

One day the two make it rich, and of course Scarlett is eager to get her share of the money. To Scarlett's shock however, Gretchen reveals she never intended to give Scarlett any of the money and abandons her.

Scarlett is of course enraged, but when she finds Rudolph wandering the woods, she decides to manipulate him into becoming her new partner.

Later when Scarlett and the now-teenaged Rudolph have their falling out, it suddenly occurs to her that she's become just like Gretchen. All her trauma and feelings of betrayal suddenly come back and lead to her feeling genuine remorse. After an emotional apology, the two reconcile and become genuine friends.

By the end of the story, Scarlett is pardoned for her crimes and gets Gretchen arrested. And just to show how much her character has developed, she voluntarily returns all the money to everyone she and Gretchen ever scammed.
