In the very first Monday night Raw after the Royal Rumble, Triple H was in action to take of the Raw GM John Lauranitis. But it wasn't successful because of the interruption made by the WWE's Last Outlaw, The Deadman Undertaker. Undertaker returned after 10 months absence from the last year Wrestlemania.

He challenged to the Triple H for another Wrestlemania match in WM28 but Triple H rejected it. That's awful. No one have fought against Undertaker's streak thrice in a Wrestlemania but Triple H got that chance and missed it?

In the next RAW Triple H was explained why he rejected the challenge made by Taker. In that episode Taker played a new video clip. It showed the Wrestlemania XXVII match of the Triple H and Undertaker and Undertaker was telling "This Is Not Over".
