yes I start drawing in a difrend style now. ( specialy if it comes to anime)just love drawing hair

The background and colours are good. It is also good that you're attempting a different style when drawing anime. Character anatomy seems somewhat better, but arms and hands could still do with work.
Apart from that, the only thing I'd add is that the line defining the upper lip is a little too black. Softening it by using an eraser would remedy this and draw attention away from it, as at the moment it disrupts the overall look of her face.
The hair is well done. But that is nothing new for you.
