Well, at least I was able to teach you a fun fact. If you are ever interested, you could look up local bird species for California online. I used to live in Southern part of California so I am fairly familiar with the local wildlife there.

Also I would like to invite you to come and visit my gallery. I am also a published author and my book Eden Symbiotic is available on Amazon.com in both paperback book and in Kindle.
Here is the synopsis:
Molly Langley willingly shares her life and body with a symbiotic life form on a distant planet called Eden. Her world is discovered one seemingly ordinary morning by a ship of explorers from Earth that mistakenly believe that they had discovered a lost human colony. This chance meeting leads to a revealing of Earth’s hidden history and strange connection to Molly’s home world and creates an open alliance between Earth and Eden. This same chance encounter also exposes Molly, her family and her world to an unexpected danger from a failing company that is exploiting another alien race called the Ozbeen who had inadvertently created Shining Ones a few thousand years ago. Molly and three others of her family, all of which are willing hosts to the juvenile larvae of the Shining Ones, are captured and taken to a planet of unknown name and location to extract the DNA of their symbionts. In order for them to be able to return home, Molly and her family must join forces with a group of escaped prisoners, spies and rebels and find a way to bring down the shield that is trapping on the planet, telepath home to let their people know where they are so her people can bring down the company once and for all.

It was the ocean that originally drew me to the photo, then when I saw the hawk it really just topped it off!
