I'm not sure, but is this one from "The Boiling Rock"? I'm normally pretty good at identifying where a storyboard comes from, but this one is a little trickier...I'm guessing that it was when Ty Lee was watching Zuko and the others prepare to meet their doom, but I could be wrong.
Of course, it could even just be practice FOR that scene, or another scene...whatever it is, it's a cool sketch to look at! The expression is very unique for her.
