Yes, They are real people. But the Tom and Tord shown in "EddsWorld" are based around the real people themselves. Only based on. Which means the character's Tom and Tord are just as fictional as other fictional characters.
EXCEPT
If that TomTord shipper is literally shipping the real Tom and Tord.
That means they don't accept the fact that Tom and Tord are straight.
And it may be harrasing (?)
