Beautiful coloring/pixelation. It's very detailed and their outfits are simply adorable.
In reference to her arm, I don't think it's so bad. But, to fix it I would suggest shortening the upper arm, raising the elbow, and bringing the forearm slightly closer the the upper arm. It would make the limb seem less elongated.

yea I definately agree with that!! the thing I worried about even more though was the fact that her arm is slightly changing color along with the animation ugh it's distracting to me for some reason
