This is my entry for the Warriors Going Global contest! The theme was "What was your favorite moment from a leader?"
I decided to go with this part, shown in the manga of Crookedstar's Promise, where Crookedstar is just relaxing and watch his grandchildren play. It's one of my favorite parts because all throughout the book Crookedstar has lost his loved ones, and in this scene in the manga it's shortly after Silverstream's death. The kits are his only remaining family, and in the manga it looks as though he's still processing his daughter's death as he watches them play, as though he's reminded of her. I thought it was a sweet and a bit of a sad scene and I had fun drawing it.
