Haven't posted a picture on here in a long time, might as well put something up.
This was inspired when I randomly noticed that the toy lightsaber that my Darth Vader model had was about the same handle size as the grip on my Master Chief's Assault Rifle. Sure, Vader's saber is red, I didn't think it suited the Chief, though. Green was more his colour.
For this, I added the green saber glow, darkened the background to help see it, darkened the Chief, added a green glow to the back wall, the floor, and the Chief, and finally shadowed a little around the Chief. Oh, and I put the green saber reflecting in his visor.
Considering how much I tried to do, I didn't spend too long on it, so I hope it came out ok. Until next time.
