SPOILERS FOR WARRIORS: FADING ECHOESFanart for the "Warriors" book series, this of Briarlight after her accident that broke her spine, rendering her entire back half useless.
I didn't really -like- Briarlight as a character, but what happened to her in Fading Echoes is something unique and I think was a great thing to put into a series that can get a bit repetitive. I also like the idea of her bright personality despite her condition.
The description for Briarlight just says 'dark brown', but that's boring! I added a little bit of lighter areas and a faint tabby in there to make her look pretty.

Honestly, of all the Briarlight pictures I have seen, I absolutely, hands down, think this is the BEST! It's all so perfect, and the anatomy gives me hope for the Warriors fanbase.

Briarligth is one f my favorties because of her bright attitude towards getting better... but it makes me feel like Honeyfern died for nothing when she saed Briarlight when she was a kit from the snake. Honeyfern was my favorite.

Ok i'm not saying this directly to you, just in general. A lot of people are say things like Honeyfern died in vain.
But really she died saving a kit, she couldn't have known what was going to happen. I don't understand why people like Honeyfern so much that they wish Briarkit had died instead of her, if one had to die.

Amazing! Briarlight is awesome, I hope she becomes Jayfeather's apprentice! She seems to like working for him, and there's no one else that I can think of. Again, this is an AMAZING drawing!!!

Aww I love Briarlight... (Username, haha) It's just not fair what happened to her... I can't wait until the next book comes out, so I can see if she's okay or not.
