Watch the whole proccess here --> [link]Another painting on Photoshop CS5 in 3 hours. I love rainy pics; i wanted to create one. There's something special that facinates me when i look at the cities when it's raining. This one is kinda cartoonish, so the shape of the buildings and stuff is not like real life

This gives me an interesting idea. Also, I like the electrical wires hanging in between the buildings, and the yellow glow from inside the windows.

Honestly even if its not based off of real life. This is an awesome piece, and wow, not are you good at anime you draw these type of stuff just as good....Tell me did you ever take any art classes for these kinda stuff? and also what of tablet do you use.

Hah, thanks. And about realism, i didn't took classes, but i did practiced and watched another artists and watched how they work, so i can get some idaea about it. In Youtube you can find good videos about realism and concept drawings.
I use a Genius tablet, G-Pen F610, it's a cheap one

Hmm, i see, looks like practice does make perfect huh? lol Anyways, About that tablet. I have a friend who uses one. Do you have any sort issues with it? sensitivity problem or any of the sort? cuz he complains that he has to pressed down on it a bit harder than what you would with a wacom.

Yeah you need to pressure a bit more but it's not like your hand will hurt or anything. And yeah i had issues and i still have some issues with it, Genius tablets are cheap and they tend to fail much more than Wacoms do. That's the main difference between them, they don't make any big differences in the quality of what you do.

debe ser por los tonos grices y el ambiente fresco, ademas con la lluvia las calles lucen como espejos y la sobriedad se ilumina con algunas luces... asi es, tambien me gustan las imagenes de dias lluviosos. XD
Por cierto; se ve bien, muy shencillito y bonito, aunque los reflejos de agua al fondo de la calle, hacen parecer que esta inundada.
