Hey look guys! I did a thing!
I'm honest it's my first drawing with pencils and paper after many years! Last time I have drawn something was in school probably five years ago and I never really enjoyed it. So considering that it's not even too bad isn't it? ^^ I wanted to give her kind of a cooler cap design than the show does yeah lol.This tiny pic took me four hours and I found out that I don't really have enough patience to really enjoy drawing. So it might be my first and last mlp drawing.
I don't know how many of you will even read this but if you do, does anybody know how to make a digital vector out of a hand-drawn picture like this? Is it complicated? A lot of work? Because I'd like to make a t-shirt design out of it and therefore it has to be like a vector or something... Some of you might know that better than I do so I'd appreciate some input!

Ein Freund von mir hat mir vor einem halben Jahr ein Vektor-Bild daraus gemacht, ist also nicht mehr relevant! ^^
Ja ich weiss, wenn ich mehr zeichnen würde, dann würde ich auch schneller werden... Und nun kommt's! *Spoiler Alert* Ich bin tatsächlich wieder an was dran und dieses mal habe ich es sogar digital mit SAI gezeichnet! ^-^ Und ich kann schon mal verraten es ist um Welten besser als das hier!
Aber ich warte noch ab bis ich die 100 Watcher voll habe! Es soll schliesslich ein Special werden! :3 Kannst ja mal mein Journal diesbezüglich lesen... ^^

Haha well, gotta be honest, I've been working my ass off and so I found out that drawing is a waaay to tedious kind of art for me! xD (Ok music can be tedious too but the result is more satisfying! : P)

PonyMusic draws! I was, to be fully honest, quite surprised xD
It looks fantastic, nonetheless, but 4 hours is a real hefty amount of time!
Trust me, just practice at it and the time will get shorter and shorter.
I used to easily spend 12 hours shading a piece the size of my hand.
Now, I've been able to shave it down to a shocking 4-5 hours!
Effort and dedication always pay off (:

Yeah I'm sure with more practice I could become faster and probably even better, but the thing is, I don't enjoy drawing enough myself to really invest more time. A day has just so many hours and my focus will remain on music. (btw I'm working on an EP which is the reason for the lack of content in case you were wondering... ^^)
Oh dude I would appreciate that so much actually! I was trying it myself today but it's a pain and although GIMP kinda works, my experience is too less to get to a proper result and I'm sick of spending hours again. Also, I tried a website a friend told me to use but the result isn't too overwhelming so far (even though it's not even a bad site actually). The problem seems to be that my pic lacks of saturation. Hopefully you have more success and please don't invest too much time - I wouldn't want that! I believe that I have to recolor it by hand using felt pens and scan it once again. But I'm waiting to see what you suggest and to see how it works out for you!

Got to give you credit for coming up with an original piece. It's really tough to do that. I totally understand that it takes a lot of work and practice to get better with art but hey, music is art too!
I'll give a go sometime (; it'd probably take me a couple hours to get it up to some good standards, but perhaps when I have the time and am not feeling lazy I'll get to it xD I'll be sure to let you know if I get decent results!

Hey man, really, I don't want to drag you into this! If you feel too lazy, then simply forget about it! But I thought, what would you say if we turned this into an actual commission?
The reason is simple, I'd like to use this as a t-shirt design, so I kinda gotta know if you will eventually get to do it and when. And since you, by all means, don't have to do this of course, I thought why not turning it into a commission? Just let me know what you want for it in return and if I consider it reasonable I'm for it. And for you that would mean to try to at least kinda work out a reasonable deadline, so I know when I can expect you to be done.
One thing's for sure, only if YOU approve this idea! :3

Sorry i haven't actually taken initiative to do anything yet. I've never done a commission so I don't really know what is reasonable. Do you have any idea around what range? I probably could finish it for you by Saturday if that's cool with you. I think it'd be a neat experience to try out a commission
