Aliens wouldn't be using a shit website like deviantart, wouldn't be making shitty anime art or adoptables and wouldn't waste time on rinmarugames.com, as many of you 'aliens' claim to be doing.
Any life form smart enough to come to and live on another planet as a different species would be far more advances that humans, therefor would not have the same features as a human as most of ours are very pointless. The pinkie would be gone, smallest toe would be gone, eyes would be much bigger and the pupils would take up more. The teeth would be smoother and less likely to decay, since they would likely have a food source that wasn't meat (as we eat less meat, our teeth change through evolution) and their noses wouldn't protrude from their faces.
Also, skin pigment would be a mixture of all of them and race would become a thing of the past, causing skin to mesh into a mixture of all skin colors.
They also can't be born to people and have the same features as human beings, whether the parent was impregnated or not. Birth doesn't work that way; even genetically modified DNA in sperm, when then used to impregnant someone, does not and can not turn out exactly as planned.
They would have to take the egg out or use an artifical one, which would in turn make it impossible to implant in the womb and the fetus would be washed out like a period.

Well, the seasonal cycles are much like that of Earth, so it can get pretty cold and pretty hot. The atmosphere is thin, and the gravity is low. It's neat, but don't tell anyone that's my home planet, or they may destroy me or do horrible experiments on me... *shiver*
