I just got a job at a daycare too, I'm working with 2.5-3yr olds. Most of them are pretty well potty trained, but one little girl REFUSES to poop on the toilet. Last week, she went through three pairs of underwear in one day! My lead teacher in the room was trying to encourage her to poop on the toilet, but she just kept crying and refusing to. Finally she wailed out, "My poop is hiding! Like a bunny in a hole!" We all about died laughing.
