urrrgh thats hard. i have to say, matt smith is amazing and has the best arcs (and he is my love) but david tennant is such a great actor... but i think in the end matt smith wins out. maybe his hair pushed him ahead just enough to win. you?

personally i love david tennant the i think he is perfect (and sexy in my eyes) but matt is my second at first when my summer camp teacher showed us one episode in the middle i was like screw matt smith bring back david but when i saw the 11th hour i started to like matt

yeah, except for the fact that he didnt know he had lost his wife for like 7 episodes. everything bad always seems to happen to rory. except for river. everything good seems to happen for river (well later in her life. in the beginning she was a brain washed child bent on destroying the doctor. but thats beside the point)
