This is a pic I did for jedite1000 at pokecommunity.comI wanted the energy ball not to be casting light of yet as it's just starting to be built...I wanted an abnormal feel...tried anyways.

That's an awesome Deoxy the colours and style are really cool. It's a shame you didn't add a glow for the energy ball, even if you didn't plan to. Seems rather odd that it's so glowy but not actually...glowing....

lol yeah i agree..i never planned the energy ball..it was an after thought. It is a shame...but then I kinda like the freaky feel to it...like it should be affected...lol anyways thankies for the ver kind comment
