Yep I love rocks! I even debated about becoming a geology major in college, but sadly math skills are a must and ...well, I suck at math. But thats ok I greatly enjoy being an artist!
In July, we went up to Northern Arizona and I got to see LOTS of rock formations. My favorite one was the Grand Canyon (Southern Rim). It was my first time there and it took my breath away! I almost teared up it was that beautiful! My husband took this picture, and when I saw it I thought it as a must as my ID. I've been wanting to put one up for a while so here you go!

Wow, that's a very impressive pic. Your husband captured the Canyon and you very well here. I visited the Grand Canyon last year and loved it. It's just so awesome. Have you ever been to Bryce Canyon in Utah?

Actually I did see Bryce Canyon! We saw it during our car trip from Seattle this summer. Sadly though it was one of the last things on our trip so we were all tired and burned out from all the traveling. But I'm hoping we'll go back and go on a camp/hiking trip down in the canyon itself.
