This pic was fun to do but had bad things happen in the process, I like it that way. Art is no fun without a challenge.So this is Melinda Fox an OC by . You should go check him out! He has some awesome art. Whenever I see it I get in the mood for a martial arts flick.
On a side note, I think I got a little carried away with the red layer of hair.

She is pretty darn cool! Though I must admit the hardest part of this project was choosing which character to do! They are all pretty awesome!

That's so very nice of you to say. Did you have any trouble with drawing Melinda Fox? Looks as if you got all of those fine details others sometime miss on her jacket, outfit. This piece looks like it took some time to create.

The markers caused some problems. The bloody things kept bleeding all over!

Poses can certainly be tricky. I like how her hair looks kinda tousled, as if she's just taken off her mask. Her hair can be a challenge with the layering, but you did fine here. Maybe I should do a character sheet of some of my principal characters for better reference?
Looks pretty good indeed. So who were the other characters that you considered drawing before deciding on Melinda Fox, if I may ask?

They were JC Fox, Valerie Fox, and Gina Nackiomi.
I guess I chose Melinda Fox cuz she is strong, and bold looking, and she has such an awesome outfit.
To tell the truth I have another sketch that hasn't been colored yet. It was one of the original ideas for Melinda Fox but it didn't fit the attitude I wanted it to have, but it fit another of your charcters nicely.

You couldn't go wrong with any of those characters.
Boldness, strength, power, intelligence, and being overall conservitive in her dress and nature is how I see Melinda Fox. She is my muse, her two sisters very much so too.

Any fan-art is a valued gift no matter when it comes. I was so surprised with this Melinda Fox piece. I'll be happy whenever any new pieces come.
