Happy Birthday, Cloud!As, ahem, *cough* some people would know, today, the merry day of August 19th, is indeed Cloud's birthday! So I took some time to redraw a screencap from advent children to celebrate. And it actually was pretty fun to do. I need practice with lineless art anyhow.
And so...here's the approximate time:
4 hrs. on the rough sketch, preliminary color planning, and skin tones
2hrs. on the hair alone (waugh o.O)
2hrs. on background, touch-ups, and cool lighting effects
Though I started it in Corel Painter, it was for the most part done in openCanvas3. The shiny stuff were done in Photoshop.
