I'm so almost done with these Vocaloids wheeeee~~<3 Needed a break anyway, so I did this, cause I was scared I'd ever have any free time I'm an idiot~ And cause I always wanted an assassin OC anywayyy~ I was actually considering entering someone with a Jumpluff, but nhhhg I love Deino ;w;<33 And the Jumpluff didn't really fit this character.. So jumping on the dragon-bandwagon~~

So Kyra~ She was trained to be a killer. She's not actually old enough to own a trained Pokemon (her universe requires her to be 18 for that~). Dio was given to her in secret by her mentor.

Oh, and the Sync thing. Kyra's not related to the NuTzlocke story, but she's from the same universe. Figured single knock-out would work well with a Sync~

Not assuming everyone in the (side-)contest follows my Nuz, so have another Sync breakdown~:
Feelings between a Pokemon and a trainer are synchronised, meaning if Dio gets hurt, Kyra will be hurt in the same way;
The Pokemon reacts to emotions rather than words, so the trainer is not required to give any commands (which allows the Pokemon to be faster and stronger, possibly making this Deino about as powerful as a regular Hydreigon. This shouldn't affect the tournament however~);
If Dio dies (due to losing a round), Kyra dies too
(As a sidenote (in case my opponent does want to include anything about Sync), it's extremely unlikely your character would know or recognise a Sync, nor will Kyra easily tell you anything about it~)

And yes, Dio is a reference to that Dio . Stilllovethisguy.<3
