I'm sure about it... I have black wallpaper because of it, and honestly ... when I had colorful, there were times when my eyes hurted, now all is fine Bw is great not only for photos but for health as well

In my head, it's too 'colorful', chaotic, so black and white helps to spot the focus on the main. I hope you know what i mean?
