One of 2 final pieces I did for a class earlier this year. They also got displayed at the end-of-year showcase earlier this week! I'm very happy with them.

The idea behind the pieces was to take an area of art in which I felt was lacking, and work on that. I've always struggled with integrating characters into backgrounds (and just backgrounds in general, haha) so that's what I decided to work on. I took 2 characters of mine and put them in settings reflecting their stories and personalities - both fantasy, both very different, but not without their similarities and symbolic opposites. Nick and Sam have an interesting dynamic I like to explore a lot!
