Hello everyone!
Today we're bringing you an easier way to purchase art on deviantART! When viewing a deviation that is enabled as a Print, you'll be met with a sleek new menu that is designed to be simple and straightforward.
We've moved the Prints functionality from its own separate page and placed it within the deviation page, to help artists sell more of their work, and to reduce friction for buyers looking to purchase art they love.
Because the functionality of the old Prints pages has been added to the deviation page, you can now preview how your Prints purchase will look without having to leave the deviation page! Once you select a product type, the preview will update to reflect your selection.
Try it out!
You can give this feature a try by checking out Samurai-PET 's COMBAT (featured above), or by going to any deviation that is being sold as a Print!
Reporting Problems
If you encounter issues, be sure to report them! Bugs and issues with changes to deviantART muro can be filed in the #devBUG Issue Tracker under the Prints Menu project.

Will the buy prints be available to the public? (future development)
For instance (hypothetical): say a deviant bookmarked their gallery (and/or changed the browser's home page to) for their grandparents. Say those grandparents wanted to buy a print. Do they need a membership to buy that print, or could they checkout using a secure method without signing up?

I like it, the ease of being able to just add a picture into my cart with a couple clicks makes it more convenient. I don't go looking through prints, but when I see exceptional deviations and notice they are prints its nice to access to ordering process without getting to sidetracked while tooling around online. I just bought some art just to use the feature in its entirety.
No bugs were experienced.

Sometimes I like to link someone to the print, without them seeing all the deviation comments (as it looks more clean and professional). Will there still be a separate print page I can link them to, or is this to replace the prints section altogether?

Ah! I absolutely love this change! No need to be annoyed by clicking this and clicking that just to buy the print, I mean by the time you reached the real thing you get fed up and ragequit

hi sorry i took so long to write this out. i really like the new shop i just made an order and i tried the new stuff out. i really like the how you can view your print lay out and i how the side works with picking which print you want. it seems to move quicker and they you can easily go back and forth to compare instead of waiting for it to load all the time. had no problems and i liked how it was quicker and swifter to use.
for a future idea when it comes to browsing the shop why not do sub categories. because i found when i was looking through the sci-fi category there were aliens and robots and city scape all sci-fi but i was looking for just cityscapes. maybe in the future you could click on sci-fi and they have categories on the side like when you browse your favourite artist.
