CRYSTALHORNS
•GENERAL•
•Crystalhorns come to life from cystals/gems infused with a magical pact or a strong wish.
The original crystal/gem defines the color of their horns and their nature. The rarer is the gem, the rarer is the Crystalhorns.
When they came to life, they don't have any horns, and look like kemonomimi, horns usually came during their first days/weeks of life and come from the strong emotions that they feel. The ones with longer horns, lived really strong emotions during their life.
•Since the horns are a proof of their strong/emotional life, Crystalhorns are really attached to them, so, if they lost a part of the horns in battle or for other circumstances, they bring it with them everywhere
•PHYSICAL TRAITS AND RARITIES•
•The color of their horns may change a bit according to their mood, this not happends to any of them, but to the highly sensitives.
•Some of them can have patterns on them, usually on their ears and tails usually defined by their creators.
•White horns defines a really gentle and altruistic spirit, white horns
possessors become attached more easily with their similar and other races.
•Black horns are pretty rare. The black ones were colored in the past and who has them is a really strong spirit/powers and has a really long life.
•Different horns with different colors are also a rarity. The possessors have more abilities (like two different kind of magic) and one of the horn changed the colors because the spirit of a dear friend/lover/parent passed away, resides in one of the horn after the death.
•Woman are less common and have smaller and sinuous horns
Some Crystalhorns have flaming ear and tail, seems like those rare Crystalhorns are under a spell/curse given from creators that abandoned them in a bad way. They usually don't hold grudges for that, but they're pretty solitary.
Their name is Alica.
Because of the spell on them, the color of their blood is a deep black.
They are able to hide their flames to be unnoticed, turning them off for a limited amount of time

•Magic is their specialty and they understand people's/other specie's feelings with just one touch
• They love living in woods and in little villages near trees and streams, they're pacific, but can be really combative to protect their lovers/dears
This is my closed species, you don't have to follows these guidelines if you purchase one of them of course, you can just if you like the background that I made! I'm curious about the canon, but feel free to tell me to make up my own answer if you don't want to think on it.
So... what's their life expectancy? The same of a human? Demi-Immortal? Does it vary by Crystalhorn?
How are the bonds or wishes infused into the crystal? A spell, or is it like wishing on a star? If it's a wish, does this mean the Crystalhorn is bound to their creator/creator's wish?
When born, are they small or full sized?
How attuned to magic are they? I know it said they could sense feelings, but do they have other abilities?

So, I love to leave freedom to people regarding the background of my adopts, so I did not go into detail!
But I have some ideas regarding your questions.
The life of Crystalhorns depends of their horns, when born they're small and regular Crystalhorns became old and they can live around 150 years. Black and white horned crystalhorns can live around 200 years, while I imagined Alica Crystalhorns to be semi immortal, or just with a really long life, they also don't get old (once the spell is on them they will live forever in the form they have in that moment)
About the the wish in the crystals, yes I imagined something like a wish in a star 
A part for sensing the feelings, they also have magic linked to the nature of the crystals (blue crystals give to the crystalhorn water powers, red fire powers, purple venom ecc). Crystalhorns with crystals with different colors have more powers!
