Here is a sculpture I finished late November last year. It was a Christmas present for ~AlmasNamir and the first sculpture I have shipped. Thankfully it arrived just in time, and in one piece
She is a long, tiny, lithe dragon creature which I have dubbed a Jewel Keeper. She is made in a custom, slightly marbled mix of blue, green, and pearl polymer clay. The pearl clay gives her a beautiful sparkling look, as though she is covered in tiny glitter. She features itty bitty pieces of gemstones embedded in her forehead and all down her spine. Her tail is curled around another crystal, and her feet rest up on a beautiful iridescent wishing stone.

But you can see a size comparison in the detailsShe is sculpted by hand without the use of moulds and does not feature any armature.

She's so beautiful! Do you mind if I ask where you got the purple jewels? I've been looking for something similar and (to my surprise) none of the craft stores in my areas have a good supply or decorative rocks/crystals!

The tiny crystals I actually got from what we call a cheap shop where we live - I guess you'd call them discount stores or $2 stores?
So we were just shopping there and there was this tiny bottle of mixed gems sitting on the checkout counter. I got them a few years ago, and haven't really used them for anything until now.
I'm not really sure where you could get them. I would suggest either finding a store that sells crystals, or try buying them online, which is probably your best option.

Oh, thanks for telling me! I found some pretty crystals at a local dollar store but they only have clear, which isn't good for every project. Online probably is my best bet! Again, love your work!

I always imagined dragons to be more... Reptilian-looking, with scales and all. o -o

Well, this is a cutesy fantasy stylised serpent dragon. I suppose I could have called her something other than a dragon, but I couldn't really think of anything else. So think of this as my original take on a special breed of dragon ^_^ I image big western dragons to be reptilian and scaled and winged too
Plus at only about two inches tall it's hard to add details like scales
