This is Spec Ops at their best. Terrified to go againts them. Love to be with them in a operation. ? their weapons are ballistic in nature or energy based.

They tend to use both depending on the situation and enemies. For the most part their weapons use rocket rounds (bullets with an accelerant that multiplies their speed several times over the guns we fire), but they also tend to have at least one plasma gunner, and snipers tend to prefer lasers, which are actually invisible when fired as a weapon.

Rocket rounds you mean a gyrogun or gyro rockets. I do not know. The problem with gyro rounds is that under 1 meter or 3.3 feet the round is cold and will not arm or activate itself. I would think Charge guns{ binary liquid propellant }should do better. But you are the creator. For the laser snipers youaved their hide. Invisible laser means sniper position not identified equals more sniper kills.

No, they fire armed. The term rocket round just refers to the fact that they use a chemical accelerant that is far, far more powerful than gunpowder, resulting in extremely high muzzle velocity (basically that zone between bullet and rail gun speeds). The rounds themselves are still simple chunks of metal, though sometimes they use explosive rounds.

? Does the gun have a camera system so the soldier can fire it at anlges without exposing himself or herself. Also ammo count, is it included in the hud?

as a soldier you have the option of looking through the scope the old fashioned way or using the scope as a camera that projects onto the inside of the eyepiece, this was done because a lot of marksmen trust optical scopes over digital ones and would rather use their own sight to aim instead of trusting the scope's digital crosshairs.

Yip, the story and the renders complement each other. Great renders, accompanied by an intriguing story that makes you want to know more and see more of the subject at hand. Great work

As others have said, great piece of art.
Sometimes, I think your storytelling is better then the art.
Keep on rock`

Interestingly, I knew someone highly experienced in ninjutsu who had studied actual ninja historical references (what little there are) and he said that probably the Navy SEALS and the Mossad are far better trained, capable and disciplined than actual ninjas were in real life. We've just elevated them to mythic status.
