Description
I've decided to remember how to draw anthros and this happened. Something like a re-draw of this picture, I guess:(not sure if I even improved, lol)
Ned got a new outfit and left his weapon somewhere.

Great job on this character Illusir. The detail, shading, and colors all look really good I think.
Compared to the previous one, I think this character looks a bit more like a fox, just because the snout is a bit thinner and more distinctive, and the ears are much taller and thinner (like a fox's). The previous one I think could easily have been more mistaken for a dog with fox colors, just because he was a lot bulkier and his features seemed to be more oriented to be like an average undefined canine.
This character definitely looks a lot friendlier and charasmatic I'd say (things I'd expect in a medic character) and his uniform looks a bit less aggressive and more featured with medical type symbols and gear. I still thing this character could benefit from some red and white colors here and there (on the cross symbol for instance), but I'm thinking you probably didn't want to mess up the camouflage.
Also the colors and shading look good as well, as do all the little hair bristles around the neck, tail, and arms; these features come together really help make this picture look more dynamic overall.

Yeah I think you've gotten very good at it over the last few submissions, so I'd say on that front you've improved quite a bit.
Indeed, I think it fits the profession better, the last guy definitely looked more militaristic and aggressive.
Alright then, that's logical enough, I suppose it's been a long time since they've worn those bright red crosses anyway (probably not since WW2). Also if you're anything like me we just try and avoid the fact that many of the anthros are brightly colored, ha ha.
I do, it looks good and definitely makes all the colors blend together nicely and look very natural; nothing seems out of place here. (Flat colors sometimes have this effect, especially bright colors).
Of course no problem, I'm sure you'll continue to improve over time.
