...and little satisfactions.
Triton Lake, Powerscourt gardens.
I loved that place so much that I kept running everywhere, saying 'uuuh' and 'aaah!' all the time. I'd turn a somersault in the grass like the children, but my backpack was heavy and I had my camera around my neck, so never mind! I was turning somersault inside my mind!
About this place there is a funny and at the same annoying episode. I went in Ireland with a group of Italian people, but I was very independent and wasn't afraid to wander and talk in English with other people. I was one of the youngest of the group and was so full of enthusiasm that I hopped and ran everywhere and was the most impatient while I left the pullman.
Two other women, with much more experience in travels around the world, who were in my same pullman teased me for my enthusiasm during the whole trip: they kept squirming and saying with high note voices 'uuuh!' like I did, making a caricature.
The only problem was that they didn't notice I saw them... The older one even said "I bet that even when she graduated she said 'uuuuh!'".
That was the moment they noticed me. So I smiled and commented: "Actually I just held their hand and said 'Thank you!'"
'Put that in your pipe and smoke it.' I was humming in my mind.
They froze and I happily went to explore. Such a GREAT satisfaction!!!! And you know what? For the whole travel I kept being full of enthusiasm and kept letting out exclamations like a child, because I was very happy and no one could ruin my happiness. Consider me childish, strange, even a bit stupid, I don't give a damn.
Enjoy this heaven as I did and don't sell, don't claim as yours and don't modify or I'll personally throw you in this lake with a kick. Thank you!
And many thanks for every fav!!!!! You make my day!
