I don't know where exactly Tracy intends on taking her characters, or what they'd really think about things but... if I were to guess at why he's so angry, well, I'd assume it was because his coat was shrunken to a point of extreme discomfort. I mean, that's what it looks like.

Yeah, Viktor might or might not have the ptsd thing going on. To be honest, I don't know. He might just be depressed, or really stoic. I'm thinking depressed; he acts a lot like 's character Talesien. Of course, the two aren't the same, but they have similar dispositions. And protective nature of people younger and smaller than them.
But Tal flops, while Viktor swims.
...Now I feel the need to draw them literally in water doing that. Something about drawing your own character and the characters of someone who's popular, though... :C
